Shipping Information

We know how frustrating it can be when you have a tobacco product in mind, only to find out that the shop nearby has run out of stock. That’s why we have made it our mission to provide the products you want with a click of a button without having to hunt around convenience stores and gas stations.

At checkout, you’ll see your total shipping cost, along with the smokeless tobacco products chosen.

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse in Nevada straight to your door with UPS. The delivery options available are as follows:

  • UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 1-5 working days after the order leaves the warehouse. You’ll receive tracking information, and remember that some states may require an adult signature.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air can be expected to deliver your smokeless tobacco to your door within two business days, and that’s with tracking, too. Some states may require an adult signature upon arrival, and we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

At Snus US, we are constantly working to improve and expand our delivery options to provide our customer base with a quicker, more flexible, and more convenient experience with us.  

How Long Does Delivery Take?

We understand that nobody likes to wait as long as necessary for their snus, dip, snuff, or whatever it may be, so we will forever optimize our system. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday, except on national public holidays. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, but on the rare occasion that an item needs to be restocked or there’s an issue with your order details, there may be delays.

When your order is on its way, you’ll get an email from UPS with your tracking number and all the details you’ll need to follow your package right to your front door!

We can’t stress enough the importance of double-checking your shipping address before placing your order! When the package is on its way, we can’t guarantee delivery. And we’d hate for this to happen to you, as no refunds or reshipments will be issued for incorrect addresses. 

If you spot an error during order processing, please be speedy and email us as soon as possible at contact@snus.us, and we’ll do our best to make changes before it ships. After all, you guys are our priority.
